We have 2 Openings for Marketing Executive for a Corporate Software. The person will be responsible for managing the brand/reputation in the marketplace, with the primary objective to attract companies (customers). This includes, but is not limited to, Field marketing, Meeting with potential companies and bringing them on-board, Developing with the Marketing Leader and Human Resources: brand standards, promotional and marketing technology plans, public relations budgets, and reporting and measurement/reporting systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Preferable in Sales & Marketing).
No prior experience formally required but would be preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must have the ability to interact with all levels of the Company while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Can meet with companies and their Admins/Executives/HR in person; Using field marketing to bring companies/customers on board.
Strong aptitude for discretion and confidentiality.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets.
Must be proficient in reading and understanding annual budgets and statistical reporting. Ability to interpret and create policies, procedures and manuals.
Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Able to take direction from Management and adjust to Company's needs.
Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.
Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
Able to work as part of a team.
